Parallel Worlds
Parallel worlds is an eclectic women’s wear collection, inspired by naive fairytales and dark fantasies.
It’s theatrical, nostalgic, melancholic and poetic.
Gloomy yet sparkly, with dark wit and beautiful historical influences.
It’s a story about an old traveller, who travelled through different eras and countries, his apartment is an eclectic collection of curiosities he gathered on his journeys.
Vivid Visionism
“Vivid Visionism” is a fabric forecast.
This concept is split up into six diverse sub concepts.
These varied concepts cover different styles of brands and designers
The main concept, “Vivid Visionism”, consists off architectonic influences with constructed forms, clean lines, bright colours and fun dessins.
It is like walking through a museum of modern art. Where ice sculptures are presented next to a computer chip and the work of a textile designer, and where design chairs are shown next to the art of paper folding.
These completely different projects both exist of mainly sustainable, environmental friendly and recycled fabrics.
Since dessins are essential in both projects, these are recycled in woven and printed fabrics. New patterns are printed on last seasons dessins, creating a new look using last seasons fabrics for an additional season.
